Quo Vadis and Black Axe Mangal could bring back the ‘Cock Em Bouche’

The now traditional Burns Night collaboration between Jeremy Lee’s Soho restaurant Quo Vadis and Lee Tiernan’s Black Axe Mangal in Islington returns on 25 January. Menu details are under wraps, but past dishes from two of London’s essential restaurants have included mutton with numbing spices, foie gras doughnuts, and that pink, indecent, towering dessert.
