The story is about Marc. “Marc avoids his mum, disguises his cannabis plants with fake tomatoes at the allotment, and now has to bail his old man out of £6,000 owed to local loan shark Oggy. When he meets Lisa for the first time in years, things get even messier. Oggy wants Lisa. Lisa wants Marc. Marc wants to survive the day,” reads the Soho Theatre website.The play is one-man comedy show penned by the critically acclaimed writer Alan Harris of Paines Plough fame from National Theatre, Wales along with award-winning Welsh company Dirty Protest. How this man captivates the audience with his antics along with sending across a few messages about life’s challenges and other such issue is hard to miss!
